Subscriber Benefits

Saint Louis Symphony season ticket holders receive the following benefits:

Save 10% on additional ticket purchases for any Orchestral or Special Event concerts (excludes Box seating, Classical Detours & Family Concerts).  

No single ticket on sale dates -- purchase additional tickets at any time.

Priority seating privileges. Order additional tickets before they are on sale to the public and renewal privileges on your season subscription seats.

Ticket exchanges. Exchange any ticket you purchase for any other Orchestral concert (excludes Special Events, Classical Detours, Family Concerts and Holiday Concerts) within our Orchestral season. Some fees apply for exchanges into Premium concerts or more expensive seating sections.

To order additional tickets with your subscriber discount, simply mention you are a Saint Louis Symphony Subscriber at the time of ticket purchase.  Prior sales excluded.  We are not able to offer the 10% Subscriber Discount for online sales at this time.

Season Ticket Exchange Policy
If you can't use your season tickets, simply exchange them for another Orchestral Series concert up to one hour prior to your scheduled concert date. Note: If you are exchanging out of a Coffee Concert or Thursday Series, or into a Premium Concert (P), an additional charge will apply. Please fax us a copy of the torn tickets to 314-286-4111 , mail them, or drop them off at the Box Office. Let us know if you want to attend another concert, or to receive an exchange voucher, or to make a tax-deductible donation. (Some restrictions apply to exchanging Student, Educator and Oasis tickets. Please call 314-534-1700 for information.)

By Mail - Mail your tickets along with requested replacement date(s), name, address, day and evening phone numbers to Subscriber Exchange Services, 718 N. Grand Boulevard, St. Louis, MO 63103.

By Fax - Tear your tickets in half and photocopy them so that both the concert date and seating locations are legible. On the photocopy, please include your exchange request, name, address, day and evening phone numbers. Please fax to 314-286-4111.

In Person
Powell Symphony Hall Box Office
Hours: Monday through Saturday, from 9am to 5pm.
On concert evenings, the Box Office will remain open through intermission.
On Sunday concert days, the Box Office is open from 12:30pm through intermission.
