Subscriber Benefits

Saint Louis Symphony season ticket holders receive the following benefits:

Save 10% on additional ticket purchases for any Wells Fargo Advisors Orchestral Series or Special Event/SLSO Presents/Holiday concerts (excludes Box seating, Orchestra Front, Orchestra Right sections and Family Concerts).  To order additional tickets with your subscriber discount, simply mention you are a Saint Louis Symphony Subscriber at the time of ticket purchase.  Prior sales excluded.  We are not able to offer the 10% Subscriber Discount for online sales at this time.

Priority seating privileges. Order additional tickets before they are on sale to the public and renewal privileges on your season subscription seats.

Season Ticket Exchange Policy
If you can't use your season tickets, simply exchange them for another Wells Fargo Advisors Orchestral Series concert up to one hour prior to your scheduled concert date. To exchange your tickets or Classic Choice coupons, please call the box office at (314) 534-1700 and be sure to have your tickets or coupons with you when calling.  Let us know if you want to attend another concert, receive an exchange voucher, or make a tax-deductible donation. (Some additional charges and restrictions apply when exchanging tickets.)

Tickets can also be exchanged by mail, fax or in person:

By Mail - Mail your tickets along with requested replacement date(s), name, address, day and evening phone numbers to Subscriber Exchange Services, 718 N. Grand Boulevard, St. Louis, MO 63103.

By Fax - Tear your tickets in half and photocopy them so that both the concert date and seating locations are legible. On the photocopy, please include your exchange request, name, address, day and evening phone numbers. Please fax to 314-286-4111.

In Person
Powell Symphony Hall Box Office
Hours: Monday through Saturday, from 9am to 5pm.
On concert evenings, the Box Office will remain open through intermission.
On Sunday concert days, the Box Office is open from 12:30pm through intermission.
