Announces auditions for the following position:

Assistant Concertmaster (4th chair First Violin)
Position effective September 8, 2008

Resumes must be received on or before Monday, March 24, 2008 (mail, fax, or email).  Preliminary auditions will be held on April 28 and May 5, 2008.  Semi-final and final auditions will be held on Monday, May 12, 2008.  The application, music excerpts, and additional information will be sent to candidates once the resume deadline passes.  No repertoire will be given over the phone or via email.  Only highly qualified applicants will be considered. The Audition Committee of the Saint Louis Symphony Orchestra reserves the right to dismiss any candidate not meeting the highest standards.
