Online Ticket Purchase Help
Thank you for your interest in purchasing tickets for the Saint
Louis Symphony Orchestra (SLSO).
When purchasing the first time, you will be prompted to enter your email
address and a password of your choosing. You will only need to do
this the first time and on future visits you will be able to login and start
purchasing tickets. This will create an account within our ticketing
system and all future sales will be attached to that account.
Please be sure to enter a valid email address so that you will receive
confirmations of your online ticket orders. You will then select your own
password. You will then be prompted for address information. Our
system will store this information to save you time with future
purchases. You will have the ability to choose another mailing address if
you need to have the tickets shipped to a different address. You
will need to enter your credit card information each time you purchase
tickets.
When purchasing tickets online the best available seats are chosen
for the selected seating section. Our web interface connects with the ticketing
system at Powell Hall and you have access to the same seats as visiting our box
office or purchasing on the phone. The exact seat locations (section, row and
seat numbers) are shown and you have the option to remove the seats from your
shopping cart if you do not wish to purchase the selected seats. There is a
charge of $2.50 per ticket for purchasing online tickets.Once an online
purchase is completed, it is a final sale and there are no exchanges or
refunds.
Below is a list of steps to help explain the online ticketing process:
1. If this is your first visit and you have not purchased tickets
online you will need to register with us. Please register to create your new online account or log in now if you already registered on a previous visit. If you
have a promotion code you will need to enter it when you log in.
2. Select an event by searching from our Ticket Search pages
3. Select your desired seating section and number of tickets.
The online ticketing system will select the best available seats in the section
you choose. If no seats are available you will be prompted to choose
another seating section. Since availability can constantly change due to
subscriber exchanges, seats may become available at any time. Our web
interface connects with the ticketing system at Powell Hall so you have access
to the same seats as visiting our box office or purchasing on the phone.
4. If the seats chosen are acceptable, continue by either clicking to purchase more tickets or continue to checkout. If your event is within 7 days we will hold your tickets at the box office. Otherwise you can choose to either have the tickets mailed, held at the box office, or have the tickets emailed to you in a PDF file through the Print at Home option.
5. Enter in your payment information. MasterCard is the Official and
Preferred Card of the Saint Louis Symphony Orchestra. We also accept
VISA, American Express and Discover.
6. You will receive both a confirmation page in your web browser and a
confirmation email.
