The Saint Louis Symphony Orchestra’s (SLSO) most recent 990 for fiscal year ending August 31, 2009 may be accessed by clicking on the link above.

An additional 990 is filed for the SLSO Endowment Trust.  The SLSO Endowment Trust is controlled by a seven-person committee comprised of SLSO appointed members and independent parties. Its assets cannot be accessed by SLSO management for general operating support or any other financial needs beyond the 5% annual draw without approval of six of the seven committee members.
