David Robertson and the Nine Network’s Patrick Murphy to discuss 2015-2016 season

(ST. LOUIS) The St. Louis Symphony will unveil its 2015-2016 season during a Town Hall Meeting at Powell Hall on Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at 6:30pm.  The event is free and open to the public.

STL Symphony Music Director David Robertson will talk about the themes and programming for next season’s Wells Fargo Advisors subscription series with the Nine Network’s Patrick Murphy.  Their conversation will be recorded for a special edition of Arts America to be broadcast on the Nine Network at a later date. 

The Town Hall Meeting will also include a performance by the Heart Quartet.  As part of the SymphonyCares program, The Heart Quartet features Symphony musicians Shannon Farrell Williams, Helen Kim and Anne Fagerburg joined by Dr. Dawn Hui, a cardiothoracic surgeon at SLU Hospital and former member of the Hong Kong Philharmonic.   The Heart Quartet will perform during the month of February throughout St. Louis, providing music and information on women’s heart health.
