Zoe Baldwin began studying the violin at age four with Renita Luehrman, and for the past two years, has been studying with Angie Smart.  For three years, Zoe was a member of the Community Music School’s String Orchestra, YPCO, and YPSO.  In 2021, she was a YPSO Concerto Competition winner and soloist.  Zoe has been a Young Artist in the Arianna Chamber Music Festival for the past two summers, was a member of the CMS Preparatory Program in 2022, and in 2023, attended the Green Mountain Chamber Music Festival, where she studied with Carolyn Huebl.  Now in ninth grade, this is Zoe’s second year in the St. Louis Symphony Youth Orchestra.  In her free time, Zoe enjoys reading, playing soccer, and hanging out with her friends.  Zoe would like to thank Angie Smart for her wisdom, mentorship, and constant inspiration.  She would also like to thank Renita Luehrman, Davin Rubicz, Patrick Jackson, and the Arianna String Quartet for their guidance in her musical journey, and also her friends, family, and dog, Miles, for their support.
