An Update Regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) from the SLSO

The United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has recommended a ban on events of 50 or more for the next eight weeks as of March 15. This is a rapidly evolving situation, and we will continue to provide updates as we receive new information. Please check this page for the updates from the SLSO as St. Louis Mayor Lyda Krewson has stated that this ban will be reevaluated on or before April 3. As always, the safety and security of our patrons, musicians, and staff is our highest priority. Thank you for your understanding and your continued support of the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra.

The following SLSO concerts and events are officially canceled. Please see below for ticketing information. 

  • March 13-14 Damnation of Faust
  • March 15 Youth Orchestra Concert
  • March 27 Equal Play Community Concert
  • March 27-28 Adams Conducts Adams
  • March 29 Mizzou Composer Rehearsal & Concert
  • April 3 Open Rehearsal
  • April 3 Student Night
  • April 3-5 Beethoven's Fourth Symphony

The following concerts and events have been postponed. We request that audience members keep their tickets for the newly scheduled performance dates.

  • March 20-22 Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows™ Part 1 in Concert to September 11-13
    • Friday 3/20 to Friday 9/11
    • Saturday 3/21 to Saturday 9/12

Ticket Information
The following options are available for those who have purchased tickets to canceled concerts:

Please consider donating the value of your tickets for any canceled concerts back to the SLSO. Such a gift will help the SLSO continue to fulfill its mission to enrich lives through the power of music. Your ticket donation is deductible, and you will receive a receipt for tax purposes.

  • Donate the value of your tickets to the SLSO and receive a tax deduction for the total ticket value. Click here to donate.
  • Exchange your tickets for any other concert in the 2019/2020 season or request a voucher for the value of your tickets to be used during the 2019/2020 season; all exchange fees will be waived.
  • Place the value of tickets on your account, to be used prior to May 31, 2021.
  • Receive a refund for the value of the tickets.
