Bring Your Group FAQ

Is a deposit required? 
Yes, we request a 25% non-refundable deposit within four (4) of your reservation. Deposits may be paid by check or debit/credit card and will be credited toward your total balance.

When is final payment due? 
The remaining balance of your order is due four (4) weeks prior to the concert date. Once the final payment has been received, your tickets may be mailed to you or held at the box office for pick-up prior to the performance. Please note: once final payment is applied to your order, all tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Can I change my order before I finalize? 
Absolutely! Group orders can be adjusted until the time of final payment.

Can my group sit together? 
We encourage you to make your reservation as far in advance of the performance possible, in order to keep your group seated together.

Where can I find group pricing and how do I reserve my tickets?
