IN UNISON Church Program

For more than 30 years, the SLSO has sponsored the IN UNISON church program, a beautiful partnership with 33 predominantly African-American churches throughout the greater St. Louis area.

SymphonyCares

For over a decade, SLSO musicians have performed for patrons who are unable to travel by providing free concerts at various locations throughout Greater St. Louis such as cancer centers, assisted living centers, and more.

Music Without Boundaries

Since 2005, the SLSO has welcomed immigrant and refugee populations to St. Louis through Music Without Boundaries. By providing diverse cultural resources and outreach, the program fosters a greater understanding of and deeper welcome to the diverse St. Louis region.

Middle and high school Black and Latinx music students from Gateway Music Outreach are paired with musicians from the SLSO and the YO for development opportunities.
