SLSO Learning Lab, home of SLSO digital education programs, brings the SLSO into your classroom with turnkey digital learning for every grade level. These free, on-demand programs are designed to get students creating and making connections between orchestral music and the world around them.

Digital Tiny Tunes

Give your early childhood and kindergarten students the opportunity to dance and play along with SLSO musicians. Digital Tiny Tunes blends orchestral music and children’s literature into a 30-minute interactive concert experience. 



Digital Concert: Peter and the Wolf

Enjoy a new twist on a classic orchestral tale. A virtual adventure to the Endangered Wolf Center in Eureka, Missouri, adds meaning to Sergei Prokofiev’s beloved orchestral story. Explore his compositional choices and make some of your own.


SLSO SoundLab

Music and Technology intersect in this on-demand, four-part digital concert experience that supports STEAM curriculum and social emotional learning for students.  


Digital Passport for Teachers

Your young musicians will be inspired by these on-demand SLSO digital concerts. Accompanying teacher guides prompt discussions, make connections across the curriculum, and encourage students to learn from the professionals.

Instrument Playground Online

Educate and engage your students by bringing the musicians of the SLSO into your classroom! Through a series of videos and downloadable activities, students learn about the instruments of the orchestra and the SLSO musicians who play them.
