Chris Hopwood

Chris is a Senior at Saint Louis University studying Biostatistics. Chris first started playing trumpet when he was in sixth grade as a part of the Band program. This will be Chris’s second season performing with the Saint Louis Symphony Youth Orchestra.

Outside of the SLSYO, Chris is a member of the Saint Louis University Billikens Pep Band. Chris also enjoys participating in the Forest Park Living Research Lab, whose goal is to study the health, movement, diversity, and interactions of a rich collection of species in Forest Park. Chris would like to extend his gratitude to the members of Mehlville School District and Saint Louis University faculty who have played a critical role in his musical development.
