Free Community Concerts

The SLSO offers dozens of free performances throughout the St. Louis area in schools, houses of worship, healthcare facilities, and public spaces. Our hallmark community concert is the annual Forest Park concert, which serves as the unofficial opening of the orchestra’s season every September.

Other free community concerts have taken place at locations including the Gateway Arch, the Jewel Box in Forest Park, 370 Lakeside Park in St. Peters, Washington University, the Jewish Community Center, and at the orchestra’s home in Powell Hall. Check this page for upcoming community events and stay connected with us through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and SLSO Stories.
