Family Concerts are the perfect way to introduce children to the thrill of your SLSO. Designed for children ages 5-12, these entertaining 45-minute Sunday afternoon concerts build family memories to last a lifetime. The SLSO's Family Concert series captures the imaginations of younger listeners while making orchestral concerts accessible to families with young children.

Digital Concert: Peter and the Wolf

Enjoy a new twist on a classic orchestral tale. A performance of Sergei Prokofiev’s Peter and the Wolf is framed by a virtual adventure to the Endangered Wolf Center in Eureka, Missouri. You’ll learn about wolves and why Prokofiev made the wolf in his beloved story sound the way it does.
